1.Before Production
Our salesman will confirm the color with customers via color card or samples.
2.In Production
1)Do trial color printing before the mass production to ensure the color is right.
2)After coating and before mass cutting, do first piece inspection to avoid sloping side or picot edge.
3)After mosaic paving, wse alcohol to do cleaning to ensure high glossiness.
4)Make sure the surface is dry enough before melting, to guarantee no water spot on products.
3.Post-production
Inspect quality pc by pc,and kick out unqualified products,such as wrong size,color different,sloping side,picot edge,drop edge,scratching,water spot,leaking point,broken edge,or base coat missing.
