Nowadays,many people regard mosaic as a means of image processing used to deal with some sensitive images.However,do you know that MOSAICS are the treasure of architects?With mosaics, many architects design beautiful and bright architectures.

Mosaics are a kind of bricks exists in groups.They are made of small bricks and they are complicated.So they are widely used in interior and exterior decoration.In fact,mosaics are not the outcome of modern society.In ancient Greece,Greeks used white and black stones to decorate walls.Later some architects began to cut stones to decorate their architecture.In Rome era,mosaics were developing rapidly.Mosaics were used to decorate ordinary residential buildings and public buildings so that Rome gave people the impression of richness.

With the development of technology,mosaics develop quickly.In modern time,mosaics are divided in many kinds such as marble,glass,crystal and so on.Also, their applications become more varied.In kitchen,bathroom as well as exterior decoration,we can see mosaics.Since mosaics are used in such a wide range,they must have some advantages that other materials do not have.
